Storm Gold Care

• Cover provided - Monday – Friday, 8.00am 8.00pm
• Call to Fix time – 6 hours

Storm Platinum Care

• Cover provided - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (incl. public holidays)
• Call to Fix time – 4 hours 

With your own dedicated login for our support portal, you are able to view all supported hardware in one centralised location. This means that selecting faulty equipment and logging faults is quick and easy. 

We log all calls into a fully ITIL compliant helpdesk system.
