DDP – Delivery Duty Paid

Storm Technologies is responsible for arranging carriage and delivering the goods at the named place, cleared for import and all applicable taxes and duties paid. The responsibility of the goods transfers from Storm Technologies to the customer when the goods are available for unloading. The DDP service places most the responsibility on Storm Technologies although the customer must provide Storm Technologies with all licenses and authorisations required for import clearance and formalities.

DAP – Delivered At Place

Storm Technologies is responsible for arranging carriage and delivering the goods, ready for unloading at the named place. The responsibility of the goods transfers from Storm Technologies to the customer when the goods are available for unloading, so unloading is at the customer's risk. The customer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties. Any issues that arise which require comm communication with Customs would need to be made by the customer.
